If you are or were employed by Elite Medical Transportation, LLC, and had unauthorized, adverse deductions made from your pay between August 16, 2013, and November 13, 2025, you may be entitled to a payment from a class action lawsuit settlement.

Plaintiffs are or were employees of Defendant. The Action accuses Defendant of violating Illinois wage & hour laws by making unauthorized deductions from its employees’ pay in response to traffic citations. Plaintiffs are represented by attorneys in the Action: Canon Law Office, P.C. (“Class Counsel”). Defendant denies the allegations in the lawsuit, denies violating any laws or failing to pay any wages and contends it complied with all applicable laws.

You can participate in the Final Approval Hearing

The Court’s Final Approval Hearing is scheduled to take place on March 24, 2026. You don’t have to attend but you do have the right to appear (or hire an attorney to appear on your behalf at your own cost). See Section 8 of the Notice for important information about the Final Approval Hearing.

Your rights and options as a Settlement Class Member – and the deadlines to exercise your rights – are explained in the Notice.

If the Court grants final approval of the settlement and after objections and appeals are heard, payments will be mailed to class members who submit a Claim Form and who do not exclude themselves.
